Vegetable Cheese Pie - Lockdown Recipe
3 - 4 large eggs
1.5 tsp salt, pepper, chili, garlic, to taste.
250ml (1 cup) milk
Onion, tomato, throttle onion, paprika, mushrooms, spinach, etc.
1 loving cup mozzarella cheese
250g all-purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 loving cup oil/melted butter (I didn't usage it)
2 large potatoes, to a greater extent than or less grated in addition to squeezed
Grated mozzarella cheese for topping
Pan size I use: 28.5 x 23 x 4 cm
Baking temp: 200°C
Baking fourth dimension thirty minutes
The seasoning is flexible, follow your taste.
- Preheat oven at 200°C. Prepared the pan, usage parchment paper, or grease your pan alongside butter.
