Sausage Mayo Buns

Dough:
250g all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp instant dry out yeast
3 tbsp butter, melted.
1 large egg, room temperature, whisk & lead keep i tbsp for egg wash.
125ml of warm milk

Toppings:
8 pieces of pocket-size sausages, slashed on top.
Toasted breadstuff crumbs + mayonnaise every bit needed.

Baking time: twenty - 25 minutes preheated oven.
Baking temperature: 180°C
Preheat the oven for almost 10 minutes earlier baking, an oven may vary.

My recipe measurements:
all-purpose flour 125 grams for each cup
milk 250 ml for each cup

Methods:
